Herbert West I've been all about Black Khox for the last month. At first I was unsure and a bit uneasy because their energy is so large and their vibe is so rough. But once I let them in, it was pure pleasure. My skull has never been penetrated so forcefully by such amazing members, and I'm loving it. The experience is one I long for over and over. Now I have no problems telling all my friends how much I enjoy Black Khox. Favorite track: KONG.

Alexandre Duguay Imagine que Dopethrone, au lieu de fumer du skonce, s’est pris un petit remontant pour faire le party avec Sacred Reich, QotSA et High on Fire. Genre. Ça donne AKAB, un album un peu court, mais doté de guitares bien grasses et bien juteuses.

This album is an absolute banger. The riffs are especially groovy this time, the vocals are amazing, and the overall thing is supercatchy. If I'd have to list one downside, it's that the mix is so bass-heavy that the sound only truely comes into it's right when listened on good headphones or extremely good speakers. On anything less it can sound like the bass drowns the rest of the music out. 9/10 Buzzario
